Hello, everyone.

Welcome to my blog and another wonderful edition of the hive learners' featured post. Budgeting is more like planning on how to spend your income, whether weekly, monthly, or yearly. Spending more than you earn will push you into debt and overthinking. This is why budgeting is very important in the life of every individual.
Everyone needs a budget, no matter if you are single, married, have kids or not. You still need budgeting to get through and help you watch how you spend your money. What breaks my heart while making a budget most of the time is when I realize that my expenses are more than my income.
Failure to spend according to a budget can cause one to experience financial instability for a very long time. Budgeting is very important as it helps boost the financial sector of every individual.
Once your expenses are higher than your income, you tend to think a lot about how to go about it. The only alternative is to go for those that are very important, and later on, attend to those that were left out. There's a lot to consider when making a budget. Some of this will be outlined in the subsequent paragraphs.
This is the foundation of budgeting. You need to know how much you are expecting before making a budget. Little or no knowledge about how much is on the way can make your budget go higher than your income. Once your budget becomes higher than your income, you will get confused and won't know how to go about it.
On this side of the world, inflation is a constant. The price of goods varies with every day that passes by. The price you paid for a product the previous day is not the same price you will pay for it today. Knowing the current price of goods can help you estimate and know how much you need, and this helps to put your budget in shape.
No doubt, we need everything, but there are some things that are very important. When I was in school, getting handouts, cooking gas, food items, and a few clothes always came first. We attend to our basic needs before moving on to the rest.
In a nutshell, budgeting helps put our finances in shape. Living or spending within a budget helps one to attain financial stability faster than just spending without a budget.
