Hey everyone, so I'm back and still trying to find my way around all these new tools that popped up while I was away. One thing that caught my eye today was something called EXAIN. Faucet Link
I remember back when i joined Hive we didnt have many easy ways to boost posts without spending a lot of Hive or HBD, but this seems different. I've been looking into how it works and figured I'd share what I found for other people who are also "re-learning" Hive like me.
💎 What is the EXAIN Faucet?
Basically, its an hourly drip for the Hive Engine token called EXAIN. The faucet is powered by

It's nice that you don't even need a complex login just to claim Exain tkens. The faucet is definitely flowing today!
📈 Using tokens to get more eyes on your work
The coolest part (imo) is that you can use these tokens for Post Promotion. They are currently offering "100% exposure" which sounds like a great deal for accounts like mine that are trying to grow.
How to do it (the technical way):
To promote a post, you have to "Burn" the tokens. This means you send your EXAIN to the 
- The Memo is Key: You MUST use the
@author/permlinkas the memo. - Exposure: Your display frequency depends on the ratio between the amount you burnt and the total burnt over the last 7 days.
Just a heads up: There is no guarantee, and they exclude NSFW content. Also, don't try to spam or you might get blacklisted.
🧠 My Thoughts
I'll be honest, I haven't actually started claiming these tokens yet. I'm still in the "research phase" of my comeback, and I want to make sure I fully understand the Hive-Engine ecosystem before I start clicking buttons. Plus, with only 80 EXAIN in the faucet, I'd rather leave those claims for the users who really need the exposure right now while I'm still getting my bearings.
But for new users or ppl just coming back who are starting from zero, this is a total "hidden gem." It’s basically a $0.00 cost way to get your foot in the door.
