Welcome to my first Task for the Newbie-Initiative program which is going to last for the period of three months from now.
I want to use this opportunity to first of all appreciate the

Before I apply for this initiative I was having a Hive power of 55 and Hive Reputation of 55 too, but presently I've got a reputation of 58 and a Hive power of 87 that is few weeks after my acceptance to join the Newbie-Initiative program.

With the above parameters, setting some SMART goals will be more accurate and transparent couple with the fact that I clearly understand what SMART goals means now through the help of our first wonderful Newbie-Initiative training class which was held in the Smile discord server.
Setting up some SMART goals is applicable in all area of life and profitable for a good growth. As an individual who really wants to attain a specific height of achievements in life it is smart of you to set some SMART goals which will help you understand where you're going and your aim of going there. It is also important to understand how possible you can achieve those aims and the possible routes you will follow-up to reach those goals.
That saying that says "Failure to plan is automatically planning to fail" oh yeah, that's just the repercussions of not having a direction in Life which is also same with the Hive Blockchain. I consider SMART goals as having plans and not only plans but having good plans for success. We have individuals that actually set up plans but because of lack of understanding of how to set plans they set up unrealistic plans which they end up not attaining it.

We where given three important Hive goals questions to answer
1. What are your Hive goals by the end of the initiative (Three months) in terms of Hive power, followers, comments and engagement, and any other Hive related goals?
My Hive goals in terms of Reputation and Hive Power
Hive Reputation: Before I joined the Newbie-Initiative I was having a reputation of 55 and am presently having a Hive Reputation of 58 which means I made additional 3 in interval of 2months. I can plan towards making a Hive Reputation of 62 during my three months of learning in the Newbie-Initiative program. If I could achieve 3 more within the interval of 2months I guess achieving 4 more within 3months is possible so help me God.
Hive Power: My goal is to achieve a High-power of 300 and more if possible because for the interval of 2months I could gain additional Hive power of 32, of which I know clearly it isn't good enough and my lack of consistency to posting as of that last two months contributed to the low achievements but hoping to accelerate the energy and do better within this 3months and 300Hp is a good one to work harder towards achieving so help me God. Later I will talk about the methods I intend using to achieve all this goals.
My Hive goals in terms of Followers, Comments and Engagement
I think this particular one works hand-in-hand with each other. I've tried improving the rate of my engagement so far, and it's through my engagement process I was able to shoot up my followers from 31 to 69 that is having a difference of 38 from last 2months. I think with this statistics making upto 200 followers is very possible so help me God.
I really love the comments aspect in engagement because it creates that avenue for knowing each other and encouraging each other. You find out at some point you might publish a post and maybe you don't get voted by a whale or get curated at all but those comments will motivate you to know what you posted wasn't really bad at all. I get cheered up by some comments even if I don't get voted for putting intensive effort in creating a post.
And how I intend achieving all this
Hive Reputation: I don't really know how this works but I will make sure I create quality posts and I will make sure my contents are the best of my ability.
Hive Power: I've presently engaged myself in some Weekly contests going on in the chain and hoping to be consistent there too. I engaged myself on only one contest initially but I've added 2more making it three and others. If I could achieve a High-power of 32Hp in two months putting seriousness on only one contest I think I will do better in 3months with upto 3 weekly contest I've joined now and achieving a Hivepower of 300Hp and above is very possible so help me God.
Followers, commenting and engagement: I must say having followers its not really easy because after engaging in a person's post having them to follow you up is another issue because you wouldn't demand for that so it doesn't look desperate and this means you have to be very smart about your comments so the person can find reasons to follow you up.
I will work towards having better, smoother and interesting engagement with hiveans maybe then the goal of achieving 200 followers can be accomplished.
Other related Hive-goals
One of the my related goal I really need to achieve is that I want to get a new trumpet and it's mic before July ending after this initiative. I am a trumpeter and most of my contents here is about music which I use Trumpet for that.
I really need my own personal trumpet and it's mic to be able to create more quality contents on Hive. Which is amounting upto 80 thousand naira equivalent to 200 dollar. I hope my plans works out as desired.
What challenges do you think you may kindly face trying to attain this goals
I am currently on my Industrial Training which means I will have problem with time.
I have to face my industrial training which is suppose to last for the next 4 months from now and also create some time for Hive, I hope to be able to balance this two important factors together.
This is the basic challenge I might be facing during the cost of this journey on Hive.
