Hey everyone hope you are doing today I am here to introduce you a very viral street food of Pakistan in India called golgappay and pani puri.Gol gappay, a beloved street food in Pakistan and India, are a favorite among girls due to their spicy and tangy flavor. As a Pakistani girl, I adore them, but purchasing them from street vendors can be pricey and unsatisfying. Although I always wanted to make them at home, I found it daunting. However, while shopping for groceries, I discovered a packet of gol gappay mix that promised ease of preparation. Intrigued, I decided to give it a try and enjoy these delicious treats in the comfort of my own home.
This is the packet that I brought from the market and I got it very cheap from the market. It also had gulgapas in it. It also had the spices of the sour water that is made with them. We will make golgapas in three steps, so let's get started.
First Step :
**Make the Golgappay **
In the first step, we will fry the round gol gappay .They were in the packet that I brought from the market. We just have to fry them .
There were 40 pieces in this packet, we have to fry them all like this
Take them out in a separate ball and now they are ready
Step two
Making Sour water
Sour water is very tasty. It is an important part of Gol Gappe. Without it, Gol Gappe looks very dull and tasteless. To make sour water, this packet contained sour water masala. All we had to do was open this packet and mix it with 800 ml of cold water. So i did the same. And our sour water is ready.
Step three
Making fillings to put in gol gappay
To prepare the filling for golgappay, we'll need boiled chickpeas, potatoes, onions,
chaat masala, and salt.
Here's the process:
finely chop the onions, boil and dice the potatoes, and boil the chickpeas. Then, combine these ingredients in a bowl, add salt and chaat masala, and mix well. Your flavorful filling is now ready to be filled into crispy golgappas.
Filling is ready
**The Final Look **
Here is the final look of the golgappay
How To Eat
Now we have to fill the golgappa with the filling that we had made and then dip it in water and eat it.
Our Gol Gappa are ready. They were very tasty and they were also cheaper than the market. My whole family and I ate them. If I had bought them from the market, they would have been very expensive for me. I really enjoyed this experience. I will meet you next time. Until then, keep supporting me and wait for my next post.
