Greetings, everyone!
I'm so pleased to share my thoughts on this contest, and I appreciate the administrators of this space for this amazing topic. It's something we need to address in our time and learn so it won't repeat itself when we become parents. Parents of this generation tend to jeopardizing on their responsibilities.

However, adults who have grown into criminals, too, know that they were not taught by their parents. Especially, when the situation is so tight that they couldn't bear to support the act.
I have seen and heard about a situation where the parents of the children sent one of their children to steal a chicken, and the children went ahead. Unfortunately, they were caught at the scene, and they were beaten. Since the parents were in support of this act, they couldn't say or do anything. What do you think they are doing? They are training their children to be future criminals, to destroy, steal, and kill. That's why we have notorious criminals today, well-trained from childhood to become expert at their adult stages.
There was a child on my street, a young girl who liked stealing, one day she was caught and beaten by the community members. They flogged her maturely but in a lovely way since she was a young girl and cautioned her not to try it again. Since then, I don't know, if she has stopped or not.
Therefore, Juvenile offenders should be held accountable for their actions. The Bible says, " Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proper training should be offered to our children, and correction should be implemented as many times as possible with prayers too.
Our society is full of juvenile criminals. I could recall what happened in Benue State, when they had massive bloodshed, it was little children who were doing the killing, and the rest of the dubious characters, which was ungodly. People cried, lamented, lost loved ones, and businesses were destroyed,the world was shaking, and houses were burnt down. All these actions were taken by young boys without consciousness.
This wouldn't have happened if these children had had the fear of God inside of them.
In the same way they are setting other criminals ablaze, a minor measure that carries weight should be executed for them to learn, unlearn, and relearn, and turn a new leaf. Like, beating, using Cain to flog is allowed.
