ATTENDING A WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
It has been a wonderful weekend for me and i hope it was for you as well. Okay today I want to share with you one activity that filled my entire day offline. Yes you can tell it was a wedding celebration but it wasn't just a wedding but an anniversary some call it wedding anniversary while some call it marriage anniversary but i believe it's the same thing we are talking about here so, celebrating 25 years of matrimony by Mr and Mrs Jude anosike from anambra state.
As you all know or for those that do not know yet, my job is to come to your event, make it lively with good music, keep it warm and groovy with a good vibe then eat food and you pay me for my services other than this, i don't have anything to do at your occasion haha.
It was a wonderful moment i had in this anniversary celebration these two couples and i trust every other participant would testify for themselves too. Now let me give you a slight shot of how the whole day was.
The event was set to begin by 12 noon on sunday immediately after the dismiss from church service and as an organizer, you need to play ahead of time, respond on time to fix up the venue, get every necessary equipment in place and also fix yourself up and prepare before the ceremony begins and as a DJ, the people working to set up the venue always demand for some cool music to keep them active and make the work going while they set-up the venue for the occasion.
I always have to stay absent from service in occasions like this sometimes so i left my house by 9:am, moved down to the studio and picked up my music equipments, board a vehicle to the venue and offloaded.
My job is not always an easy one so i take a couple of team along with me to ease the job and stress a bit because lifting heavy sound speakers and other heavy duty sound equipments to and fro is never an easy one.
On arrival to the venue I was already got blown out by the beautiful decors, it really has an astonishing look with a colourful set and a lot of creativity packed inside the hall, appearing to be what we would refer to as heaven on earth.
You won't believe the amount of money that has been pumped into this decoration and trust me it was worth it.
This was literally where I was for the whole day from 9:am down to 5:pm when the occasion finally ended and there, we had to pack up all equipments and return back to studio.
Getting married for good 25 years is indeed a thing to celebrate because i takes a whole lot of love, understanding, trust and also grace to go that far with just one person in life, building a home and a future together therefore it is worth celebrating and I wish them many more years of a fruitful celebration.
This is what actually took a hold of all my activities for the day and i'm grateful to God to see another brand new day and a glorious new week, happy new week friends.
