If there is one particular phrase I have been hearing for almost all my life, then it's this particular phrase; experience is the best teacher and the funniest thing about this phrase was that I never really understood it as kid until I started growing up the more and reading books...
It was at this moment I started seeing the bright side of this phrase and I came into full acceptance that indeed experience is the best teacher, I came to this particular conclusion for one thousand and one reasons but the most important reason is because; whatever one experiences is quite different from whatever one is being told, there is a clear and visible picture of whatever happened in the cause of this event and with this there will be detailed information about that particular event but if it's something that was told to one, there will be limited knowledge in this case...
The main point is that there is always a detailed piece of information when one experiences a particular situation unlike learning from other sources and for me I strongly believe that experience is indeed the best teacher...
Join me as I take you on quick journey of how experience has been the best teacher for me so far and a time I wished I never experienced it at all...
ADULTHOOD EXPERIENCE...
All my life I have always wished and hope to grow up quickly so that I can do things on my own without parent restriction or nagging all the time, I just wanted to do things as an adult who is in charge of his life but the fact was that I was childish and immature...
I thought being an adult means freedom and easy life and because of this I wanted to grow up quickly to enjoy this part of life, I am sure if someone had asked me back then if I wanted to skip my semi teenage life to become an adult, I wouldn't hesitate neither would I think twice before accepting that beautiful offer...
My mentality was like this for years and as time goes on I started seeing how life as an adult wasn't indeed fun at all, I saw it but I still didn't really understand it because I was still a teenager back then...
Years later I grew up to become that adult I have always wanted to be, I now see what I missed back then and now I wish I could go back to being a child because life as an adult is never ending...
You keep trying and trying on daily basis and the more your bills and responsibilities are accumulating and that can be so hectic and cumbersome at times...
I got to understand how the life of an adult is full of expectations and responsibilities and at first I never knew what it takes to become an adult but now I see what it takes to become a full adult and to be honest adulthood is scam and now I wish I can go back to being a child, a life without worry and burden of what to eat and when to eat...
In summary, after experiencing adulthood, I realized being an adult has more to it than what meets the eye and now I know and understand better thanks to EXPERIENCING it myself...
If I had the chance to skip adulthood, I would have skipped it to move farther because being an adult is not easy, I will think about life before bed, when I wake up in the midnight I still do the same thing and even when I wake up from bed in the morning I still think about life again, it just keeps on going this way...
I don't do all this things when I was still a child without worries or life burdens, I just wish adulthood can be skipped for a while but the fact is that there are beautiful sides to being an adult too but at this moment adulthood is a scam lol, I am tired of being an adult oh...
In conclusion, experience is indeed the best teacher and that is why it's always a good idea to always learn from experience because the lessons learnt are always for a life time...
