Hello all friends in the Hive Learners community. Meet again with me , I hope all of you are healthy and smooth in carrying out your activities.
On this very good opportunity, I am back here to greet you with pleasure in a featured contest held by our beloved community. This contest is very interesting and it's a pity to miss it because in every edition we provide very interesting friends for us to discuss together. This time we have entered the last issue in week 40. In this edition we discuss something very interesting regarding the trial. Of course we are no strangers to this place because everyone has heard of it even though they have never been there. The place is definitely very popular for criminals and people trapped by the law because they have committed crimes.
When we hear the word court, what comes to our mind is a place to attack criminals who have made big mistakes so they have to be tried in court. I myself used to think so, but this statement was not entirely wrong. Because ordinary people who are not fully familiar with courts will think that way.
Actually, the Court does not only try people who have committed serious crimes, but the court is the place for law enforcement in force in a country. The court also provides problem solving for people who are in dispute, they do not commit crimes but defend their rights therefore there must be a court that tries fairly so that the problem can be resolved in accordance with applicable regulations and does not harm any party.
I myself have experience with the court. This incident happened a long time ago, at that time I was still standing. This concerns my family but not a big case. This is my first experience going to court. At that time I accompanied my sister who was in trouble and had to deal with the court. I don't really know the details of what happened to my brother. From my brother's story he said that he accidentally walked on the wrong road when he was going to one of the cities in my area. Maybe this incident happened because my sister rarely goes to town, she only goes when there is an urgent need and requires her to go there. So naturally my brother was not familiar with the roads that were there and resulted in taking the wrong lane while driving.
When the incident occurred, the atmosphere of the road that my sister was walking on was not so busy that she didn't pay much attention to the anger of the people who were passing through that route. According to my sister's story, she was very sure that the route she was taking was correct. However, right when I got to the front of the road, there were two policemen on patrol and then told my sister to stop. Initially he himself did not know what mistake he had made because all the driving equipment was complete. After stopping he took out his license and driver's license according to police instructions. After checking all the driving equipment, I was told that my brother had taken the wrong driving path, that road should have been passed by motorists heading into the city, but my brother instead walked out that way.
As a result of this incident my brother gave me a ticket and his vehicle certificate was detained as collateral, he was also obliged to go to court 3 days after the ticket was given. Because my sister had never had problems with the court before and this was the first time she had to go there, she asked me to accompany her to go there. I myself don't know how the lawsuit went, but to respect my brother's invitation to go with him.
When we got there at first we went through the front door and found the security guard on duty there. We conveyed our aims and objectives while showing the ticket given by the police. Then the security guard told us to go through the side door because there was the service center we were headed for. We went straight to the place indicated by the security guard earlier and there we met an officer and then we handed over the ticket to him. The clerk took it and told us to wait while pointing to the chairs that were there.
It didn't take long for my brother's name to be called and he went straight to the officer who then handed over the vehicle documents that had been confiscated by the police along with a fine note that we had to pay. We didn't read the paper in person, our eyes were immediately fixed on the amount of the fine we had to pay, which was Rp. 100,000 rupiah. After paying the fine we immediately returned and left the court office.
Turns out the courthouse wasn't quite as terrible as I had thought it would be. The staff there are kind and friendly in receiving guests, even though we don't know where to go. They will direct us where we should go.
This is the story of my first experience going to the court office. Hope you can entertain all my friends. Sorry if there are mistakes in writing this story. Thank you very much for your visit. May we always walk on the right path and avoid all transgressions.
