Greetings, Hive Learners Community!
This is my first participation ever in the Hive Learner Weekly Featured Contest. So I think I need to introduce myself a bit. In brief, my name is Reksa, an Engineer in Power Plan Industry related to the Control System. The complete introduction of my self can be seen at This Post. One of my hobby is writing, I love sharing my ideas in written text, either book or article. I also love reading other people opionion through many articles as well. If I were asked, Can I predict my future? then I would answer yes I can. As a human being, all we can do is doing the best we can and then let the god decide the result. I want to see myself in the future as a businessman who have great investments in property such as a guest house. Well, I knew it's not as easy as flipping hand. It takes a big funds, good plan & marketing and consistency. Everything that make it successful should be started from now. As the wise man said :
Success is not a destionation, It's a journey
or
A thousand miles must begin with a single step
So what I have been doing so far is saving some portion of my salary into investments (BTC and BNB). Doing it monthly and just wait for let say 8-10 years later. I never care about the ups and downs of the market. What I do believe is that fiat is inflationary, the intrinsic value or the buying purchase of it is always decrease each year as it's always being printed. Unlike BTC which is deflationary and has many real usecase in real life as a currency. So In my opinion, It's just the matter of time until I have enoiugh funds to build a guest house.
Second, I always had my time on weekend to read several books about how to start property investment and having discussions with people who have property business already. The talks are mostly about :
- How much funds they spent to build the guest house,
- What are the issues they faced during construction,
- How to do good marketing to attract customers,
- How to manage the whole things to keep making profit, and etc.
I made some notes regarding all of the discussions just to make sure that I can implement the plan once the fund is enough.
And The last thing I have done so far is keep building and increasing the network with as many people as I can about property business. I think it's very imporatant, The more friend we have, the wealthier we'll be. Such a simple words but It has deep meaning and so true in real life. whenever we found some difficulties, Our friend will help us, and likewise.
Well, I think That's all about the future of me. My goal in the next couple of years. I am still struggling at the moment to make it true. I do believe all of you (who read this article) are also having big dream to achieve as well so Good luck for your dream guys and keep going .
