As students, we have a lot of needs. It can be frustrating at times when you don’t have any money to help when you need something to buy. Any other student can testify that the money our parents give us in school is never enough. Before the use of pdf and online libraries, handouts used to suck away our chop money.
I can quite remember when I was in level 100; my chop was never enough before deep into the semester I needed to buy handouts for studies. The handouts were not expensive but at times they were many.
I run from one thing to the other. I can quite remember how I searched and searched for a side hustle that would make me money. I needed to earn something so bad on my own. Even if it couldn’t do anything for me at least just buy me data subscription. I tried freelancing at first but it seemed it was not for me.
I never got a single job as a freelancer on fiver. I might have needed to put in much effort but then I was lazy. So when freelancing didn’t work for me, my search for a side hustle continued.
I happen to stumble upon crypto at the right time last year. Before last year I knew nothing about crypto. When I say nothing I mean nothing. Am sure a lot of us knew about BTC and I must say at that time I thought it was the only cryptocurrency. Well, I had to know what I was about to deal with. Even though I wanted money from it I didn’t wanna gamble my money away. I won’t sit here and like about not investing before I knew anything. I think I made my first investments and it went badly for me. But then I still had a lot to learn about the crypto market if I was serious about taking it as my side hustle.
I did learn a bit about charts and others but then I realised there was a lot I had to learn. Today I know a bit about the market but not everything. I trade frequently now and mostly in a bear market I only trade leverage. I won’t say that I’ve won all my leverage positions. I’ve won some and lost many.
But I’ve come to understand that you can lose a lot of times and you can also win a few times. The more you lose the more you have a lot of lessons and strategies to learn. I won’t say I am a good trader as I have a lot of stuff to learn but things are good.
Being a crypto trader involves a lot. You have to be able to take in the losses and know how to strategize to win trades. You can lose it all in one trade if you want to act smart and greedy. I don’t think it takes a lot to be a trader, but it takes a lot to be a successful trader. I’ve been in the game for only a year and I must say it has been an exciting one.
