Well if I'm to speak for most of us I think not everyone of us is completely against the whole processed food idea.
For most of us that generally enjoy taking sweet or tasty things won't agree to the no processed food and I doubt if we can actually do without processed foods because even our beverages are processed and still they are good for the body.
Even the younger ones at some stage need some amount of sugar for growth and also most of the baby food that aren't natural but has gone through some process isn't completely harmful because most of them contains some essential vitamins that aid in their growth which is also good for them too.
So the best idea is moderation, to regulate the intake of this processed food, won't cause any or much damage to us.
You see most times we can't help but take this processed food like our snacks, junks because they are easier to access and even our noodles that are quicker to prepare, and also when we take our proteins like meat, fish, chicken, and because most of us does not enjoy using the natural spice's, we end up using a refined or processed ingredient just to give it a nice, desirable and delicious taste so it can be enjoyably consumed.
And then again the processed food most times come in handy for most of us that does the 8-5 thing, after the day to day activity, and just wants to get back home, eat and then rest, so to avoid going through the stress of cooking because you are already exhausted, then you will have to depend on a refrigerated or processed food.
So it's makes life easy and reduces stress but then again too much of everything like they say is NO good.
From my view, I believe we need both the natural food that is healthy and helps us live longer and a moderate portion of the processed food too.
