Hello friends! This is Summer season in many countries and also in Bangladesh. During summer the weather is too hot. Sometimes the air feels like hot vapor. So water demand is so high during this time. We should always carry a water bottle with us.

Especially the day labourers and field workers suffer a lot. They can't use umbrella due to their duties. Some old persons may suffer from heat stroke for dehydration. For dehydration we loss lot of water and essential salts from our body. So we should keep some saline. If we dehydrate we can instantly recover the lackings of water and salt. We should follow the proper rule to make saline. Take 500 ml fresh water and 1 packet saline. This ratio must be followed. If the ratio changes the saline may damage our kidney especially if water is taken lower than 500 ml. If you can't find saline near you there is an another option to make saline. Take 500 ml water, a pinch of salt (Sodium Chloride) and a table spoon sugar or a grip of molasses. Then make a solution properly. It also helps to prevent dehydration. But both types of salines must drink before six hours.

In Bangladesh during summer there are a lot of green mangoes. I have also a mango tree in my house in Dhaka. Some days ago I peaked some mangoes from the tree. Itcwas a hot day and I planned to make mango juice. Green mango is full of vitamin C, antioxidant and minerals. It can prevent heat stroke and balanced the iron and sodium chloride level in our body. First I perl the mangoes.
Then cut them into small pieces. I put the mangoes in a blender, mixed some green chillies and a little amount of black salt. Then poured some water then closed the top of the blender jug and blend them for 2 minutes with a 15 second gap after each 30 second. Then we enjoyed the drinks very much. As the weather was too hot so it felt more tasty to us. If you feel very hot and are dehydrated you can follow my tips.
