Hi everyone! There is no doubt crime has any good side in the society and it is impossible too. There are various types of crimes. The reasons of all crimes are not the the same. Juvenile crimes is more dangerous than adult crime.
Youths is the golden part of life. But if a young boy or girl involve in crime they not only hamper the society but also destroy their future. Yoths generally involve with crime from an early age with bad company. It starts with smoking and ends with unusual death. Most of them are addicted to drugs. They started snatching money for buying drugs. Drug is the main reason of juvenile crimes. Sometimes even they steal money from their family. Even they don’t hesitate to steal ornaments of their mothers, sisters or wives. Some of them involve with the business of drugs.
In my country who commits juvenile crime is known as ' Kishor Gang' (Youths gang).They are usually found in railway stations, bus stands or severel crowded places. Most of the time they are accused of eve teasing. Their guardians didn’t provide proper education to them. Most of them grow up in poor family. They face scarcity of everything. Even they didn’t get proper love from their parents. In their family quarrel and misunderstanding is a daily routine between their parents. Even their mom is often beaten by their father. This incidents make them cruel from their childhood. The feel frustration from their childhood. It gradually push them to take cheap drugs which is very harmful for their health. In my country a gum used for shoe called 'Dandy' is a the cheapest and most available drug. They often take it. It causes brain damage and they can't talk or think properly. Some of them take Phensedyl which is a medicine for cold patients but they take it as a drug.
When they addicted of drugs they become out of control. They hit whoever is in front of them with a knife and snatch away everything they have. Sometimes they don’t feel hesitate to kill passersby for money. It is a great pity that our security forces have failed to stop juvenile crime. I observe that drugs is the mother of all crime. The teenagers is the best target of drug sellers. So they use beautiful young lady drug dealer to attract young boys. Even they use more beautiful young ladies than super models. So the teenager boys fall in a trap of drug dealers. And they become a part of juvenile crime. The victims affected by young terror are suffers in the long run. It is hard to forget the injury. So they can't forgive them.
Our government has much opportunity to give a normal life to this juvenile. They can help them to become self dependent. Our elit persons also can give them working opportunity in their industries.
In some case committed by minors should erase for their bright future if they apologise and they felt pity. I think it is impossible to erase the effects of trauma of victims caused by their crimes. Sometimes it depends on how much damaged they have suffered. If they kill or commit rape it shouldn’t be apologise. They must get punishment.
I think regardless of their age and crime
all minors shouldn’t be tried like adults. They must get punish but why the commited with the crime should inquired. Then it can consider to announcement of their punishment.
