Greetings!
One thing I have never loved to hear is abortion. Apart from the moral and the religious aspect of it, I personally do not like it and this is because it has to do with life.
Having said this, I would like to air my opinion on the topic which is “abort or not.” One thing I would like to say here is that my own take about it is a NO NO and this is because of the fact that it involves life, though life might not be born yet, but even at that, life is life.
So, for couples who are not ready to have an offspring or a child, to me abortion is not an option, but instead, couples should look for another means of not bringing forth a child to the world instead, as there's many other ways of stopping a child from coming to the world.
However, before you can stop a child from coming to the world, the first thing is to stop pregnancy, once a pregnancy is being stopped, then there would be no abortion.
So, in my own opinion, what I would prefer to stop is pregnancy rather than abortion. As for me, I would prefer family planning or use of protectives to stop pregnancy, which would help me prevent abortion.
I have heard people terminating pregnancy just because they don't want kids or children to come to the world. Yeah, this might be good as we may not want to bring kids to the world to suffer, but to me, there's ways in which we can go about it, these ways are those things that I have mentioned earlier which might even help us to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
However, if the pregnancy comes after I might have used all the above measures, then I would still not want my wife to go on with the abortion looking at the way and the stress she would go through in trying to abort the pregnancy. So, because of my love for her, I would prefer her bringing the child to the world and also making the child fulfill his or her destiny.
The only thing I would do is just to brace up for the task of taking care of the baby and I believe it would surely make sense at the end of the day.
Furthermore, I have seen kids being born unprepared and at the end, the kid would be the one to lift the family out of their poor state of life. One thing is that we can't predict the doings of God and once we know this, we should always be cognizant of the doings of God.
In conclusion, the issue of abortion is not something I would not love to discuss at all and this is because it's not something that interests me at all and this is because it's like cutting short the egg in the embryo which means cutting down once glory.
