Greetings!
I will start by making a reference to one popular saying in my area which says, "one's palm would not deceive oneself.” Yes, I totally agree with this saying and this is because whatever we do with our hands would not deceive us. And one of those things we can do with our hands is to learn and do skills.
It's the skill we learnt and practice with our hands that will help us in life when all chips are down on us. Skill learning is very important and this is because it's the only thing that will always be with us, or be part and parcel of us when we do it over and over again.
Skill is one thing that will never leave us, neither us leaving it. In fact, a man's skill cannot be separated for him most especially when such a man is a master of his or her skills, unlike the other job that we have out there most especially the salary job that one would retire from when the time comes.
As for skill, there's nothing like retirement. It's only death that can retire a man from his or her skill, but as long as the owner of the skill is alive, the person still enjoys the benefits of the skill. Even after death, the skill still lives on in the life of the apprentices being taught by the carrier of the skill.
Having talked much about skill and its benefits, I would like to delve into the subject matter of the prompt before us, which is about that skill that I can learn or master within a month.
In response to the prompt topic, one skill I believe I can learn and master very well within a month is fashion design. Fashion design has always been my long term skill and this is because of the creativity that comes with the skill. I'm this kind of a person that loves to be creative and just because of this, my love and passion for fashion design cannot be quantified.
So, for this reason and because of my passion for creativity, fashion design is that skill I believe I can learn and master within a month. Though it might be tough and difficult, I believe because of my love and passion for fashion design brought about by the creativity in it, there's be problems in learning and mastering on time.
Furthermore, seeing people putting on different styles of clothes being sewed by a fashion designer used to make me excited and endeared me to it.
In addition, my love for putting on good and befitting clothes sewn by fashion designers would make me put in my unflinching effort to learn at a very fast speed.
In conclusion, I believe my passion for creativity would enable me to learn fashion design at a very fast pace and even within a month. This is because passion drives more than anything.
