Friends, Happy Sunday everyone.
Today started off pretty well too, with clear skies and a good presence of sunshine. The day has started quite nicely, beyond the bitterness of the previous day's rain. However, the damage of the low pressure has not yet been overcome by the people of the coastal region.
Apart from this, the political unrest is still present, today the blockade has started again for 48 hours called by the opposition political parties. As a result of which public buses are plying in a much lower number than usual and the presence of people outside has also been noticed relatively less. Because the current political program is becoming more and more confrontational.
As today is Sunday and Creative Sunday, as usual today I will present a simple recipe of a different kind. I have chosen two things for today's recipe, one is lightly fried hilsa fish and the second is yardlong bean, I have made a great mash of these two which I believe will make your tongue water.
Required Materials-
- Lightly fried hilsa
- Yardlong bean
- Garlic
- Onions
- Raw chilies
- Coriander leaves
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-
First, I put a pan on the stove and heat it with oil, then I sliced onion, garlic and Yardlong bean.
Then I added raw chilies and lightly fried hilsa fish, followed by light water.
Then I covered all the ingredients with a lid to boil them quickly and after boiling, I removed the lid and took the ingredients down.
Then I took the 'shilpata', first paste it raw chilli and salt, then Yardlong bean and then ground it with garlic and onion.
Then I took hilsa fish and coriander leaves with them and mixed all the ingredients into a paste.
Ready to serve special flavored hilsa fish and yardlong bean mash. First time I made this kind of mash with hilsa fish, it was really tasty with hot rice.
All are my original photographs.
Thanks all.
