Friends, Happy Sunday everyone.
Today started off well, with a good presence of sun as well as fog in the morning. However, due to the fog, the presence of the sun in the early morning could not be seen very well. But as the day progressed, the good presence of the sun began to manifest itself. Hope the whole day today will be so beautiful and bright.
Since it's Sunday and today is the day to share something creative, I'll share a recipe that's delicious since I'm a little sick. Honestly the recipes are too simple for me, but when I get time and opportunity I try to share something like dia. Today I will share Yardlong bean Mash with black caraway.

In our country black caraway is considered as a holy seed, for social and religious reasons. Also according to nutritionists it has the solution to more or less all problems. So we should always try to eat this holy and nutritious food in small amounts. I try to eat its mash with various vegetables. Hope Yardlong bean Mash with black caraway will be great for you too.

Recipe Ingredients-
- Yardlong bean
- black caraway
- Raw chilies
- Onion
- Garlic
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-

First, I put a pan in the oven and heat the oil, then lightly fry the onion and garlic in it.

Then I added raw chilies, then washed black caraway and added it and then lightly fried it again.

Then I sliced the yardlong bean, mixed all the ingredients and covered it with a lid for a quick boil.

Then I removed the lid and checked when it was boiled and took it down. I made paste with small amount of ingredients on Shilpata (special stone for crushing).

Little by little I made a paste of all the ingredients and then mixed it all again. Then take it on a plate for serving.

Ready to serve is our delicious Yardlong bean Mash with black caraway. This is a great tasting recipe for a winter afternoon lunch with hot rice.
All are my original photographs.
Thanks all.
