I don't disparage higher education, especially because I think the more knowledge we seek, the better for our lives and careers. But these days, just going to college is complicated when you have to fight with TikTok dances and Only Fans. It's an unfair fight, because going to college will probably cost a lot of money, and a diploma doesn't guarantee much. Is it a complicated situation? Yes, but I think it's still worth pursuing a higher education degree.
I'm old-school, so I strongly support meritocracy, rewarded effort, and the daily struggles of our lives to achieve rewards. It bothers me immensely when I see some people without education or qualifications earning so much money, while others who worked incredibly hard to study, facing crowded buses, waking up at 5 a.m., college assignments, many have to work at the same time to pay tuition and still can't make much money or achieve anything in their lives, while others dance and twerk in front of a cell phone and earn thousands or millions.
I will never accept this; I think it's very unfair. In my opinion, everyone deserves to earn something. If you want to appear naked on Only Fans, fine, or dance on TikTok, fine, but I think companies, employers, and the system itself should better reward those who sought qualifications, those who worked hard to study for years at a college and earn their diploma. These people worked hard in their studies and spent money to invest in a new achievement, so they deserve that when they get a job, it should be rewarding too.

An alienated population becomes an easy target for governments that want to take advantage of their people, and Brazil suffers greatly as a result. Uneducated people are easily manipulated by the government, so, indirectly, they end up buying their votes with social benefits that, in reality, don't help, but rather enslave. Therefore, an educated person, with a college degree, who has already experienced and discussed countless situations, will be able to free themselves from all this, will better understand life, the political and social landscape, and this is often only possible with education and a lot of study.
My way of seeing things is this. Even though college may seem more obsolete these days, I still think it's worth it. Of course, it depends on what you dream of doing for your life and your future. Maybe you really want to pursue a career in something that doesn't require a college degree, but if not, I think the right thing to do is pursue that degree and then continue with a postgraduate degree, a master's degree, etc. The more you have of these, the better you'll be for the job market.
College doesn't teach you exactly what you'll see in your work environment; it introduces you to concepts, ideas, and how you'll see certain things. However, that doesn't mean the company or place where you'll work will be the same. Therefore, the search for more knowledge and how things work today should never stop, so that we can continue learning more and more and thereby improve our professional efficiency.

Não desmereço o ensino superior, até porque acho que quanto mais conhecimento buscarmos, melhor para nossa vida e carreira, mas na atualidade fazer só faculdade fica complicado para combater com dancinhas de Tik Tok e Only Fans, é uma briga desleal, porque para fazer a faculdade provavelmente iremos gastar muito dinheiro e o diploma já não garante muitas coisas. É uma situação complicada? Sim, mas acho que ainda vale a pena correr atrás de um diploma de ensino superior.
Sou das antigas, então apoio muito a meritocracia, o esforço recompensado, as batalhas diárias de nossas vidas para buscar as recompensas e fico extremamente incomodado quando vejo algumas pessoas sem estudo e qualificação ganhando tanto dinheiro, enquanto outras que ralaram para um caramba para estudar, enfrentando ônibus lotado, acordar as 5 da manhã, tarefas da faculdade, muitas têm que trabalhar ao mesmo tempo, para poder pagar mensalidade e mesmo assim ainda não conseguem ganhar muito dinheiro ou ter um destaque em suas vidas, enquanto outras dançam e rebolam em frente há um celular e ganham milhares ou milhões.
Nunca vou aceitar bem isso, acho muito injusto. No meu ver, todos merecem ganhar algo, se você quer aparecer pelada no Only Fans, tudo bem, quer dançar no Tik Tok tudo bem, mas acho que as empresas, patrões, o sistema em si deveria recompensar melhor quem buscou qualificação, quem se matou para conseguir estudar anos em uma faculdade e pegar o seu diploma. Esse pessoal deu duro em seu estudo e gastou dinheiro com isso para investir em uma nova conquista, então seria merecedor que, ao conseguirem um emprego, que isso fosse recompensador também.
UnsplashEnfim, quanto mais sabemos, melhor, isso é o que penso. Uma população alienada se torna alvo fácil de governantes que querem se aproveitar do seu povo e o Brasil sofre muito com isso. Pessoas sem estudo são facilmente manipuladas pelo governo, então, de uma forma indireta, acabam por comprar seus votos, com benefícios sociais que, na verdade, não ajudam, mas escravizam. Então, uma pessoa estudada, com faculdade, que já viveu e discutiu inúmeras situações, vai conseguir se libertar disso tudo, vai entender melhor a vida, o cenário político e social e isso muitas vezes só é possível com educação e muito estudo.
A minha forma de ver as coisas é desse jeito. Por mais que fazer faculdade possa parecer mais obsoleto hoje em dia, ainda acho que vale a pena fazer, claro que depende do que você sonha em fazer para a sua vida e o seu futuro. Talvez você realmente queira seguir carreira em algo que ter um ensino superior não seja necessário, mas caso não seja, acho que o correto é buscar essa graduação e depois continuar com uma pós, mestrado, etc. Quanto mais você tiver isso, melhor você fica para o mercado de trabalho.
A faculdade não ensina exatamente o que você vai ver em seu ambiente de trabalho, ela introduz em você os conceitos, as ideias, como você vai ver algumas coisas, mas isso não quer dizer que a empresa ou lugar onde você irá trabalhar será da mesma forma, por isso, a busca por mais conhecimento e por como as coisas funcionam na atualidade, nunca deve parar, para que assim continuemos aprendendo mais e mais e com isso melhorar a nossa eficiência profissional.
