Hello I believe we have an idea about what natural and processed food means. But for better understanding I would quickly make a little explanation about the two things.
Natural foods are foods that are gotten or obtained directly from nature, foods that have not undergo any alteration or preservation of any kind. They are gotten directly from farm and thereby consumed directly or taken to the market for customers to buy.
E.g vegetables, tomato's etc.
While processed food is any kind of food tat has been preserved or altered by a means or two. They are produced by companies. Mostly inside can, plastics and so on.
Nevertheless one is better than the other but an individual will decide on which one will favour him or her.
Any day any time, I'll surely go for natural foods.
and why do I say that, I'll be listing my reasons.
natural foods are rich in the necessary nutrients because it has not underdone any alteration by a machine or anything. Therefore natural foods help to keep us healthy. While, processed foods are harmful to ones health. E.g some foods are preserved with sugar and therefore continuous in take could lead to diabetes, heart diseases and other form of diseases.
Natural foods also help to keep diseases at distance from oneself, natural foods will indeed contain more natural and healthy nutrients while the major nutrients in processed foods has already been lost due to various kinds of preservation techniques and machines.
For me, the only visible advantage of processed food against natural foods is that it can spend more time without getting spoilt. It has a longer expiry date compared to natural foods.
Above all I still prefer natural foods to processed foods. Anyday anytime.
I wonder why I will use my money to buy what will later cause harm for me.
