This is in response to week12 edition 3 contest
Tunde was a boy of 20 years old that has been terrorizing the neighborhood for a quite period of time. One day was the d- Day as they said everyday is for the thief but only but one day is for the owner.
He went to the market one day where they were many customers and he stole a customers phone not knowing that the woman saw her. Completing his mission wanted to take his leave immediately but the woman instructed her to bring back what he collected. By then the woman was already looking for her phone and wailing.
The people there made sure he didn't leave the premises despite his struggle, the market committee with the security came immediately and started with the search. In the process the phone fell down from where it was . People already gathered started shouting and was willing to deal with him and take laws into there hands.Some already brought tyres and fire to burn him but the market head refused them doing so .
A call was put through to the nearest police stations and they came and arrested him at the crime scene immediately. He was remorseful for all his actions but the deed has already been done. After some questioning he was locked up in the cell inside the police stations.
His parents heard of it and bearded straight to the police stations. After Meeting With the DPO they met him advices him and left. The DPO wanted to Charge the case to the court but Tunde and his parents on There knees were pleading that it will never repeat itself again.
After Staying for Three days in the Police custody his parents came pleading and the DPO as a parents he was also forgave him but made Sure he signed an Undertaking letter written down by him and promised it will never repeat itself in his Lifetime again.
To err is human but to Forgive is Divine.
