When it comes to money an individual alwsys wants more. I have noticed this weird habit among human being whenever it comes to money. Human mindset is often driven by the desire to "have more and more money. Whatever they earns alwsys felt small. Money is an endless pursuit, where human desires keep growing and the money earned feels small. I have expereinced this in my case too. The more I changed my organisation for money it alwsys appears small. I feel pity for the an average human being who tussle hard to get their minimum wages of the day. Although the figure is quite low in my country.

Minimum wages are the lowest remuneration that employers can legally pay their employees for work performed during a given period of time. The figure may fluctuate from organisation to organisation. In my country, the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 empowers central and state governments to set, manage, and revise these wage rates. Minimum wages are legally mandated, foundational pay rates designed to protect workers from exploitation and ensure a basic standard of living. In labor markets where employers have higher bargaining power, minimum wages prevent them from taking advantage of workers by paying unfairly low wages. These laws ensure that workers earn enough to afford basic necessities like food, clothing, and shelter. When workers are paid a fair, living wage, they are often more motivated, leading to higher output for employers.
In my country the government and local authority always keeps a track of the minimum wages. The amount keeps revising from time to time. Labour class has been categorised in different groups on the basis of tbeir skills level. Currently, the rates of these labour fluctuates between $8 / day to $10 / day. But as I mentioned before the more the merrier. Nobody ever gets satisfied with what they get. Money never satify anyone and so does to these labor class. These minimum wages were fixed only to make their daily ends meet. The Labour class does not have the privilege to love a luxurious life yet they find themselves quite happy with whatever they get.
Becoming rich is determined more by investment rate and time than by a specific minimum wage. The minimum wage needed to become rich is not a fixed number, but rather a rate of savings that, when invested wisely over a long period, builds substantial wealth. It all depends upon the mindset and approach of the individual. The regular savings is key to get richer but managing saving at the cost of daily needs is a tough choice.
In good faith - Peace!!
