Time has changed very rapidly over the decades and i have seen some major improvement in various fields. I remember seeing grocery owners managing manual cash register. Saw, my Dad carrying out manual office works in his office days. But ever since technological advancement, many of manual jobs has shifted digitally. There were many tools introduced that ease our work. Like the introduction of calculator helps the mini shops owners and many accountant in solving different big calculation easy. When I shifted to office, I am more thankful to Microsoft Office tools for easing my work especially Microsoft excel.

We should be grateful for Microsoft tools because they provide a comprehensive, secure, and highly collaborative ecosystem that has become the standard for modern productivity, enabling individuals and businesses to work efficiently from anywhere. Microsoft Excel is one of such powerful spreadsheet application developed by Microsoft, designed to organize, analyze, and visualize data using a grid of rows and columns. If you are newbie you may find it complex seeing the wide ranges of rectangular cells on the computer screen. But once you get habitual to working on them, you may consider as the greatest gift. It is a core component of the Microsoft Office suite used for data entry, complex calculations, financial modeling, charts, and reporting.

The basic computer courses in my country begins with managing Microsoft Office suite. While an individual begins with typing word document. But it is the excel files that gives them the right knowledge about computer operation. I think anyone who is good in operating excellent could easily manage a good pay job. I have seen one of friend who was excellent in excel operation got to Bank of America at a high pay. He is still working in the organization in the management level. It is pretty good too see how a simple operating tool give livelihood to many individuals in my country.
