There are a lot of things I don't ever want to do even though others may consider it fun or in many cases some sort of adventure or a necessity.
Not for me.
The first is:
- A hike in the forest
Though this is a fun thing to do especially for the adventurous ones among us, but it isn't so for me because of one reason.
And the reason is Getting lost.
I've heard and watched and read of stories about individuals going for a hike in the woods and getting so lost they become traumatized.
I so wish to never do that, ever.
Getting lost takes the fun and adventure out of it and just makes me worried.
The second item on my list is:
- Taking Post Jamb
Ugh!
Thinking of this makes me feel weak already.
POST JAMB is an added examination a candidate has to write to get admitted into the university which is only carried out here in Nigeria.
From my point of view, I see no point in this extra examination after the previous ones candidates have to take to enable them qualify to write this exam.
It's such a long and unnecessary process and I wish I'd never ever have to write it even though I've written it already. 😪
Next:
- Endure frequent power outages
This is definitely something I wish I'd never have to do, ever!
Power outage is a very common thing here in Nigeria sadly and on some days it's not so bad while on some days it's very bad and I get so frustrated.
I wish I'd never have to endure another power outage ever again, starting now.
Frequent power outages disrupts a lot of things which makes it more frustrating.
Being without electricity is probably one of the worst things to happen to anyone in particular.
- Cabbages
I don't like cabbages and I don't want to have to eat them anymore.
Yeah, I know it's very healthy and nutritious and blah. :)
I know.
Doesn't mean I'd want to continue eating it. I can't entirely explain why I don't like cabbages, but I know I don't want to have to eat them anymore.
As a child I had to eat them because it was mandatory to eat all the vegetables in my plate at least and there was no escaping the cabbage or else I wouldn't hear the end of it for a whole year.
I was stuck with it till I was old enough to demand that cabbages be left out of my plate.
Freedom had never felt so good. :)
I have a very long list of items on this list and they include a lot of perfectly normal things that many of you would consider normal, but not for me.
This should be enough, maybe someday in the future if something similar pops up as a contest, I'll tell all.
