Kamsamida! Kamsamida for this prompt ending this week’s featured content #hivelearners community. Kansamida here means thank you very much in Korea language. A country I love 💕 so much for many reasons.
I was so happy 😀 when I saw this featured content . Its an opportunity for many of us here to share the love 💕 we have for another country that is not ours despite every country has their good side and bad side. But most times we look into what is inspiring from the countries we love.
Korean is a country I love and it has continued to hold a place in my heart and this prompt is giving me the opportunity to share some things that made this country my dream 😴 place. First thing that captivates me about Korea is their lay down culture that they have continued to keep for years despite how vast they have embraced technology and evolution. Culture is one thing that is very important in a country because it helps tell who you are, where you are coming from and this has helped sustain the citizens and those that visit the place.
Traditionally Cultured:
The Korea way of dressing traditionally is one that has continued to fascinate me even after many years of incorporating the English fashion sense into account. Traditional Korean clothes are called the “Hanbok.” This clothes are symbols of Korean Culture. “Hanbok” has an exquisite harmony of straight and curved lines, and covers the body lines that the person may want to conceal. This traditional dressing is one that represents the kind of English fashion which has helped them to keep selling the outfit around the world 🌍 especially to those into Influencing and Show-Business. It has never been out of fashion since I ever known it.
How about their tradition of seating on the mat, carpets or linings, with their legs crossed underneath, drinking tea 🫖 and discussing with family and friends. An amazing tradition that they have also introduced to non Koreans who visit their homes. This shows how a nation cherish their tradition and culture. A rich culture heritage that looks extraordinary.
The Entertainment World:
Entertainments by the Koreans is one thing that’s epic , captivating and stands out when it’s compared to other countries entertainment industries. The Koreans are well vested in movies that captures the heart in many areas of acting, especially with how relatable the scenes appears, diving and taking you to happenings that have occurred in various instances as we reflect what life is all about and how on fair life can also be sometimes.
South Korea’s Entertainment is one that is full of fun and leisure. K-Pop, Korean cinema and Kimchi are all popular in the country making Korea the world’s 🌎 most culturally rich countries. The extraordinary rise of the Korean movie 🎥 industries and the k-pop music bands 🎶 dancing groups around the world is one thing I love as I see an era of young people who are constantly contributing so much to their economy.
Their movies are ones that are well channeling, captivating, making one to stay engrossed because of how their story lines seemed so realistic. And the environments of filming is another beautiful thing I love. How autumn 🍂 appears in movies with love 💕 stories and snows ⛄️ during winter ❄️ the best. All these are well articulated to fall in place.
Lets Talk Fashion:
Everyone loves fashion especially as the technology has given us the opportunity to go deep into fashion due to how people are already designing metaverse fashion.. The english way of dressing is what is generally known around the world 🌍, although some countries has maintained to stick to their traditional attire which Koreans are among.
But the young Koreans are taking their fashion sense extra miles as they have continued to promote their traditional attire, trying to incorporate it into English way of dressing. I can see in movies 🎥 , musics and those influencing how they don’t totally wear full English outfits. They have continued to match their outfits with the English, a way it makes their outfits looks unique and different from the way others will dress. Its so impressive because its another way of showing how old heritage can come into modern times.
I can tell you that embracing change is something so great. Despite how traditional the Koreans are, they have really gone far In many things in the last two (2) decades. They embraced technology so fast and well vested into it not minding how traditionally they are involved with heritage.
And in conclusion, I don’t want to go into the Koreans healthy way of eating because it’s another whole lots of things. How they depended so much on herbs 🌿, plants and healthy soups with seeds. I watch them in movies 🎥 eating so healthy which turns out to be why they age so gracefully because foods that is of plant 🌱 base are the best for health. The kimchi bowl 🍲 of rice that contains just little rice but with lots of plants and seeds stuffed into it. The Ramen 🍜 that taste differently from others. I have really learnt a lot from this country because that is what watching and reading about others bring to us and its so inspiring. I will love to take a vacation in Korea when the opportunity calls.
