For many and those who studied Business Administration and part of Marketing, the first law that are involved with these courses is “Risk Taking” which is why even a layman who did not go to school 🏫 but have idea of how businesses works will always think 💭 and calculate first before investing in any goods because “Profit” must always be the watch word.
But again, a real business man will tell you that without taking risk in life, you will be at the same bus-stop, trying to go around a circle ⭕️ which is why many who succeed in life are the most “Risk Takers”. But one thing is sure, that even those who takes risks never know if they will achieve in the end .
Motivational Author ✍️, Napoleon Hill greatest quote says that: There are no limitations to the mind except those that we acknowledge”. This however means that humans has the ability to excel and succeed in life if only we can think 💭 big, leaving our comfort zone. And I tell you that any time I come across this quote , my mind keep racing to places, especially on what next step do I have to make in line with going to the next level.
2025 I will say opened my eyes so wider and brought so much attention towards how investment works because I have some friends who works in the financial institutions and those who are into property and land purchase. So I needed to know of how those who takes money 💰 from clients to purchase land reward their clients who has invested with them. And too, how does the Treasury Bills work.
Then I became aware that the money 💰 invested with the property and land companies returns to you according the percentage of the total amount invested because many who do not want to go into buying and selling to turn their capital around simply can invest their capital if they have enough, and in return after stipulated time, will get back the capital invested and profit percentage. It was so good to be true, but its a big risk on its own because you need to deal with trusted people so you don’t loose your capital investment.
Not that I have this money to invest because they range from millions, but I became so interested to this line of financial security which can help turn my family life around. I decided to meet a Cousin of mine who is doing well in business, but the type that can not give his money 💰 to you free of charge. By the time I explained things to him about the investment, he told me he is aware of all this turning money around method, but as a business man, who leaves their money to run for a stipulated time because of the profit you are not sure of.
But I needed to convince him to just let me tty the investment with the least amount which he accepted. And I went on to use a friend whom I trusted so much. They go to developing areas to purchase land in mass, and within one year will sell of the land, adding extra money on the lands which is how they make profits and from there will pay back those they collected capital from and pay them their interest. This is one big risk I took in this past year of 2025 and am hoping everything goes well so I can return my Cousin’s capital to him and collect the interest for myself.
There is no risk in life that is small, especially those that involves life and money 💰, but these are what brings changes in life. We need to keep thinking 💭of the best ways to elevate our lives and situations, and unless we decide to stay in our comfort zone and allow others to move pass us.
