I enjoyed your post more than most I've read so far because it showed an actual product (books) and an actual demand (calls from schools). It also showed an actual request of 2 Million (I'm assuming Naira?).
Here is the question though. What is the money used for? How do you get a return on the investment? How much do the books cost to produce and how much do they sell for? How much is shipping charges and how much profit do you actually make? How did you arrive at 2 Million as the number?
In a day of digital media why paper? Is it possible to self produce the novel? Could you use a laser printer and buy some binding equipment to produce any novel at small scale in limited print runs to limit initial costs?
There will always be questions as to where you got the number from and being able to answer those questions goes a long way towards whether you get investment capital or not.
As for bank loans? If this is Nigeria (again I'm assuming) the loans there are predatory and I totally understand your desire to not go there again.
Thanks for writing :)
