Not bad for a first post :) Although I am curious how much AI got used to help out your ideas. A few more personal ideas and a little less polish goes a long way in posts :)
Also I don't know if you wrote this in response to the Hive Learner prompt "The best age" asking you when you think the best era to live in is/was. From your article you make it obvious it isn't the current one but how far back would you go to say that people were in a golden era? Did we ever have one?
Personally I agree with much of what you said. I would personally shorten it to "People's ability and scientific knowledge has advanced far too quickly for our emotional intelligence to catch up". In that way we have far too much of what we want and far too little of what we need.
Side note: if you are writing on the Hive Learner prompt you will have to add the prompts "hl-exclusive" and "hl-we217e02" so the curators know where to look for it :D
