Good post. Personally I find that a morning routine helps me start with a positive attitude and switching from a negative to positive viewpoint helps everything that follows in the day.

Also looks like you wrote the post twice :) Perhaps you means half to be in Spanish and the other half to be in English?

One more thought. If you are looking for curation by Hive account@lazy.panda and want to use the Hive Learners community you should get on discord and ask for verification. Hive Learners are great people and its a good community to join...but they do verify each person to make sure they are a real person to protect the community from spam.
