The environment we live in has the potential to shape us in a variety of ways.
It has an impact on our health, personality, and abilities. People who are frequently exposed to new things are more creative and open-minded than those who live in areas with less diversity or change.
Our environment can have a significant impact on how we feel. The hue of your walls, for example, can have an uplifting or depressing effect. Bright colors, such as red and yellow, have been demonstrated to stimulate the human brain, whilst dark colors, such as blue and green, have a relaxing effect.
The type of noise you listen to has an impact on your mood as well.
It's difficult to concentrate when we're surrounded by loud people. This is due to the fact that noise causes background static for our brains, making us restless and uneasy.
Because of how much influence our surroundings have on us, it's crucial that we think about these things even if they don't immediately affect us. It influences our attitudes, behaviors, and ideas.
I have been currently reading this book by Bruce H. Lipton. This book talks about how our environment and thoughts control our life.
