Hello, dear friends of hive and hive learners community, it's yet again another edition of the hive learners prompt, and I will be giving my responses to this prompt
My weekdays are always my own weekend, I know you will say why, well don't let me confuse you, this is because I attend school on the weekends since I am a part-time student, before school, I had a normal weekend which usually started on Fridays because the kids usually come back early from school and I have to resume shouting and correcting till Monday morning again,
My Fridays before were sometimes filled with a lot of house chores to do and also the preparation of meals that would take us as a family for the weekend. The chores I usually did on Fridays were so that I won't have so much to do on Saturdays
SATURDAYS
My Saturdays previously were the time I usually attended rehearsal that is why I try to make sure I am free or don't have much to do on this day, I am in the choir and it is my duty to make sure I am in the church at the specific time stated for the choir rehearsals, and because I always want to be there on time, I made sure I am done taking care of the kids and also going to drop them at my parent's place before time.
SUNDAYS
My Sundays are usually accessible to some extent except you count the times I do have to spend in church and we do spend a lot of time in church, Dont jump to conclusions yet, our services in church are always from 9 am to 11 am most of the times except on first Sundays where we do close service around 12 pm or 1 pm depending on the during in which the testimony time takes.
We just like after over to the church after service, just to mingle with everyone for a while before going back home, and most times we might have some meetings to attend as it is part of the custom of the church to have this once-in-a-month or depending.
But now my current activities are like this, weekends are now for school, which starts on Fridays and ends on Sundays these three days now I am always at school, taking lectures, and getting hungry whenever a lecturer doesn't leave the class in time just like today, I almost fainted to top it all, it started raining and I didn't have an umbrella to take out to go buy my food.
My free times are now weekdays and I can do anything I want to do, even my house chores that I had formerly been doing on weekends, they are now on weekdays, so my current weekend is my weekday and my weekdays are now my weekends.
Though it was hard adjusting to this, now I did scale through it, I am now a pro at handling my activities and I don't get packed with too much work on these weekdays, and weekends in school are sometimes always fun and exciting, mainly when our department organizes one activity that makes it all fun in the midst of all the studying.
So this post is about my not-so-normal weekend
