Even though my parents were so well to do. I and my siblings had the privilege of attending private school throughout our school times, though there was one time which it seemed as if going to school would-be be possible anymore, but God still found a way to make us attend private school till the end.

In my area,public schools are always seen as bad because of the numerous happenings that goes on, one time had overheard someone telling my mum never to let her kid go to a public school because students there were too rough. Yeah this is true as the public school that was in our community was nothing to write home about, I was beyond shock when I heard a student beat up a teacher In in the class, this even had given me phobia about public schools.
I later found out that not all public schools are like that and then a student going back wasn't the school's fault but the student himself.
I went to a private school all my life and so I can't really say much about a public school. But there were certain things I discovered about my private school and the public school
My private school always changed teachers:
This is a reoccurring experience, as the teachers might not like the pay from school and so they will leave and another teacher comes to class after a month of teaching. If I were to compare public school and private school, public public schools have the best teachers retention.
Private schools doesn't have competitions:
The reason for this is that, in a normal private school, you see about 10 students in class, though it is a good thing in a way but in another way it doesn't give room for competition among students, this doesn't make one see how serious a student is in school, because he will not have enough student to compete with in class, but for this I live the public school phase only for this part…
The fact is I love the fact that I attended a private school even though there were not enough amenities to make it a dream school, the library, science labs , etc some of these things were missing in the private school I went to, though the management later got some fixes in the school.
Things to be changed.
If I were to request a change first and foremost will be to add amenities to all schools
Also there should be extracurricular activities in the school, there are some things kids need to learn about and it is by these extra activities.
They should be steady teachers for these schools. The changing of teachers does affect students, I know cause it affected me a lot, I was used to a particular teacher that when he left I felt all was gone,There Should be a way to retain teachers in these schools.
I feel if this are done more in private schools, then we would not have to compare public and private school together because there will be much difference to it.
