In my country Nigeria to be precise, celebrities are more richer than teachers because here teachers are underpaid and I believe this isn't fair on them, teachers do a lot of work in the life of students, I can boldly say that some training children get are like 50% from their teachers, but I don't know why teachers aren't valued. I once worked as a teacher in a private school, and the reason I stopped teaching was because the work load was taking much to handle and also the pay was very low, I needed to do the job to some extent, but after I got a better offer I had to leave.

I feel the reason why celebrities are more richer than teachers is because they are always in the limelight, always on TV and in commercials, so they have many person who come for endorsement and the rest of stuff like that. I read somewhere that celebrities can make money from endorsement deals, sponsored posts, and other marketing activities. And that they can also make money from appearances, album sales, and ticket sales for their shows and tours. Also, they can earn money from investments, royalties, and other sources which is a lot of things bit teachers only depend on what they are being paid by their employees.
The only type of teachers I can say still have a good start are government teachers because they are employed by the government and so they are entitled to a pension at the end of their service. I know of a government teacher who is doing okay, but this is because she has another side hustle. Well let me jaut put it in this manner, the earnings of a celebrity can't be compared to that of a teacher, but I don't think there is anything that can be done to improve this. With that being said I think that there is a need for more educational bodies to ensure that teachers do not only get better pay but also better working conditions as this is very important i know the things I went through in those my 4 years of teaching. This is the only way to ensure that teachers are able to focus on their main job of teaching and making sure the next generation is well-educated and from these well-educated people we get this rich celebrities come up.
I know teachers are very underpaid, and I know it is not only in my country, I am sure other countries experience it too, I also know that celebrities make their money too by working for it, but you can't compare it to the pay of a teacher and also I heard some celebrities do get side hustles too , apart from the things related to their work, I heard some run businesses on the side and maybe that could be what also gives them money.
No lie teachers are being paid less, because the government aren't giving value to them This is a huge injustice, since teachers play a vital role in the development of our society and of our children. It's time for the government to recognize the value of teachers and increase their wages accordingly.
