Good day, my lovely people in this hive community! I hope we're all having fun.
For the past three days, I have been feeling weak, tired, and have had a little headache. Despite this, I have managed to run my day to day business for these three days and have taken some medication, but it only made things worse.
So today, I decided to try something new. I realized that I had been stressing myself for too long,for the pass two weeks I have been running up and down to meet up with customers demand both online and in shop, some customers demanded for hair that is not presently in my shop so I had to go to company and get it, I got plenty online order for braided wigs which resulted in hiring some workers because I couldn't do it alone (opportunities they said come but once), I told myself that I must utilize this opportunity to make enough money because it dosn't come always Lol. it was indeed a stressful week, I kept taking medication hoping to get my self until I tried so many medication and they all failed, I started thinking of what to do and then I realized that I am not getting enough sleep or rest, I have reduce my intake of fruits and vegetables.
Today,I bought plenty of fruits and vegetables, ate them, took a bath, and slept. I told myself that I wasn't going anywhere today and just focused on sleeping, waking up, eating, and resting.
I just woke up now and have noticed a difference. The headache is gone, the tiredness has disappeared, and there's no more body pain. I now realize that what happened to me was due to overstress.
In conclusion, sometimes, choose a day to give your body rest, otherwise, your body will choose the most difficult days for you and might land you in a hospital bed.
