Having my own beautiful and well furnished eatery have always been my biggest wish, desire and dream and I
intend to achieve it. All I ask is for his grace and I will put in my hard work in making it come to pass I'm not giving up on this beautiful dream of mine even though it might take a while or not hopefully.
I want to be a business woman where I will run my own business established other businesses like resort and decorations since I have little idea on decorations I was doing that as a single lady though is stressful and takes hours but the joy you got from your finished work is immense.
Walking towards that dream of an eatery is possible but the only delay I'm having now is that I'm still schooling but I'm not giving up I'm very persistent especially on what I want unless I'm not interested in certain things. Having an eatery is quite huge and expensive it requires alot of capital to achieve it .
Of course There are still many chance to get it in future I'm not in a hurry but it takes dedication and hard work to Push it through.
How to achieve my dream eatery
After schooling I will serve my country for a year(N.Y.S.C) after that I will go in to learn everything about food making in terms of measurement...making good food take alot of work, is stressful and demanding. I wanted to learn it when we were on strike but I was advice by the chef to wait till I'm through with school so that I can give it my full attention and it will help me not to forget the things I have learnt and while at it I can also practice on my own...hubby and I thought it was a good idea to wait till I'm through with school.
Making alot of food especially for event or occasions it requires measurements and professionals in making different food with recipes both local and continental dishes, not like amateurs just like the normal food we cook at home. Another thing is to train myself sometimes there will be need to cook for hours, after learning I will start up my own little food delivery like making of personal food may be soup, stew, rice, pepper soup, porridge depending on what the customer really want to be cook for him or her and get paid for the services rendered, and also do some little decorations with that I can save up some money to start my business and also invest my money in other businesses with time I can buy a good car I have always wish to have my own car whenever I see ladies driving their car I wish to have mine some day to drive myself around and pick my children from school take them out and spend time with each other.
Hopefully if I got to expand my eatery business the more, with different branches within and outside the country and making more profits I will build my own house.
