Memories can be sweet and distracting, carrying you away into the lands of thoughts. I remember day dreaming in classroom and wishing I was in the cartoon world of this favourite childhood cartoon of mine — The Justice League.
The Justice League (JL) is a cartoon series by the DC cinematic universe and produced by Warner Bros. I remembered it was always showing every saturday morning on the cartoon network around 7 am - 9am. This cartoon series is definitely the foundation for my crazy obsession with super heroes cartoons.
Justice League is a name given to a team of super heroes with different super abilities. Before the team came together, they have been living individually and trying to fight crimes on their seperate cities using their super powers and abilities. These heroes got their abilities from a 'meteor shower' that caused strange elements to react with people's DNA; giving them super abilities. While others heroes just trained themselves due to some childhood haunting experience.

The JL primarily consisted of Superman(the last survivor from a planet called Krypton but was raised on planet earth by a farmer), Batman (a rich technocrat and CEO of Wayne Enterprise), Wonderwoman (an amazonian and a demi god), flash, green lantern, hawk girl and martian hunter , who were the founding members.
My favourite heroes amongst them all is the Batman man. I love the Batman from my childhood days because he typically had no super abilities but used his wealth to created all he needed to keep at pace with every other heros. He always come out with a mind blowing tech, car etc. He is the smartest of all the heroes. I love the fact that he barely smiles too.

Despite the fact that some Episose in the series tries to show the strength of each super heroes and how powerful they can be alone. The best scene for me was the scene where Batman took down all the super heroes using their weaknesses. It was jaw breaking for me back then that I had to start drew the bat logo almost everywhere: on my notebooks, my bible, my leather ball etc. I got alot of batman's toys and wears — Batman is King
Nevertheless, the fun, suspense and actions it carries, I loved the fact that the series taught me some moral lessons too. I remembered wanting to be a policeman so that I can fight crimes and bad guys in the city too. Being crazily rich like batman so that I can live a luxurious lifestyle and have an underground bunker. Hehehehe. I even had dreams where i joined the Justice League and fought bad guys. Yeah, the series gave me good dreams to hope for.
My love for this childhood cartoon series makes me to keep updates with DC cartoons till date. I wont be mistaken to say that's was where my addiction to cartoons and DC movies started from. I can bet you, I'd answer any pop quiz on the Justice League 100%.
