Hello Buddies...
It's been a while since I've shared my thoughts here. This time, the idea is really good. I'm really excited to share what I want to do in the future.
| Have you considered banning phones in your homes? During a specific time of the day, like during dinner or when the family gathers to see a movie. Would it be okay to ban the use of phones during that period so that members of the family can connect without the distractions that comes with phones. Will this be an infringement of rights? |
...and let me share my thought...
You know that technology nowadays makes everything easier. The telephone is one technology that simplifies long-distance communication in just one hand. Moreover, advances in telecommunications now make it very easy for you to reach anyone you want. It's called a tool to "bring those who are far closer," but sometimes this tool can also be a weapon to "distance those who are close." The phone is like a double-edged sword.
That's why I have my own rule: not to use my phone when having quality time with friends, family, or children. It may seem trivial, but when you're chatting and the person you're talking to is focused on their phone, it's incredibly annoying. If there's no urgency, why focus on your phone and ignore the person you're talking to? Back then, I no longer wanted to meet people like that. Why meet people who can't respect your presence and your time? So, cut it off, dude!
I put my phone away when I'm chatting with my friends, and also with my kids. Whoever they are. Whether it's with my nieces or the neighborhood kids I see often, I never focus on my phone and let them play by themselves. I usually play with them and don't let them watch anything on their phones. I think they still have a long way to go before they can play with their phones. So, I want to let them play without their phones.
With my family, since they're far away, Willy Nilly, I stay connected with them through my phone. But when I'm at home, I don't get caught up in my phone and ignore them. Quality time is very important to me, and if possible, don't waste your precious time on your phone when there are people right in front of you to talk to and discuss things with.
Hasta La Vista...
Thanks in advance, to read my blog and hope you like my post!

Hi, Halo, Annyeong! Welcome to my galaxy.
I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of those are romance.
Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
