What do you think are some of the drawbacks of focusing too much on the result?
Result is what people want to see; if you don't have a result, you go explain and explain tire. So people don't care about the process at all; they want results. If you don't have results, your process is invalid, your struggle and whatever you're doing don't matter. That's how the world we live in now reacts to things.
