Ho ho ho, it’s the Christmas season and and we’re 5 days away from Christmas day. Christmas isn’t just celebrating on the 25th of December but then immediately we enter into December, the Christmas season begins and continues into January.
There’s a whole lot that makes each and every one of us remember Christmas even to some of us who do not actually celebrate it.
Christmas has become almost like a world wide celebration that everyone tends to in one way or another enjoy and although in recent times it looks like the Christmas spirit is quiet down, there’s still quite a lot to love about Christmas.
Everything you decorate looks extremely stunning and attractive that decorations have become a big thing in the world today. We decorate our homes, offices and we even attempt to beautify ourselves.
The one thing that excites me about Christmas is the decorations. Who doesn’t love decorations😌? I think we all do.
When Christmas looms we notice that the tv channels start decorating their channels with Christmas trees, light and others. When you switch on your television it immediately reminds you of Christmas.
What we see on the TV channels can’t be compared to what happens back stage. When the camera people show you more than just the usual, you realize the entire offices are decorated.
Malls, supermarkets and shops do so much decoration too. I’m pretty sure they’d always prefer Christmas so they can exhibit their decorative skills. They probably hate it and I could be totally wrong here.😂

At a very young age when you being to watch movies and you get the opportunity to watch these Christmas movies, you see so much decoration. You see how families take their time to select and decorate their Christmas trees that you sometimes even question if the Christmas tree is actually a tree. 🤔

What is done to the trees is peanuts compared to what people actually do to their homes. You see that people do the decorations from the exterior of their homes to the interior. There’s so much color and light that just makes the house look extra attractive.
My first time of decorating a tree was about 10 years ago when a friends mom invited us to help her decorate their tree. That was actually the first time I saw a real Christmas tree. She brought out the ornaments and the lights and we did as she instructed.

What looked liked just a piece of garbage changed the entire outlook of the room when we finished decorating and switched on the lights. That was when I knew Christmas trees and their decorations would always make me like Christmas.
My friend’s mom kind of made it a tradition where she’d call for all of us to help her decorate the tree every year. I think she realized just how much we loved to do it.
It’s been over 4-5 years since I last decorated a tree and that’s because we no longer stay in the same area as my friend and his mom.

So here you have it guys, this is the one thing I love about Christmas.
Thank you.
