Hello hivers, hello #hivelearners hello everyone reading this, good evening from my hour here, how are you doing today? I hope your day wasn't too bad or stressful? If it was stressful, I'd like you to read this article and tell me about our own strategies of coping with stress.

We all know and agree with me that it is a factual truth that things are getting tougher and tougher everyday. We see ourselves engaging in different things, trying to bring different ideas, trying not do what we did yesterday, believing that yesterday's wisdom should perish with yesterday, while today and tomorrow should produce newer and better fruits, irrespective of how good my yesterday's invention was, are you getting me?
We've seen times where by we want to talk or see some people and then their reply will be that they are busy. Some times I am always like what are they even doing that they are always busy; but I checked myself too, when people say they want to talk to me, I tell them most of the times that I am busy unless they are very close or family related.
And most of the times, it really seems like there is no end to this struggles, why did I say so? Humans always need more, we might say we have a target, and as soon as we meet with that target, and then we see another person going higher than us, we will also want to grow, that's just how we humans are.
One of the ways I cope with stress is by listening to music when I'm less busy.
what does it do? like we all know, there are different genres of music, so I love listening to love and solemn music, just to relax the brain that moment.

Ld watch the sunset when there is cool breeze. There is this friend of mine that I usually go to his house, most times in the evening, we'd go to the rooftop and sit there, watching the sunset, and most of the times, i take pictures, nature pictures. Nature does a lot of things, try it.
When I am stressed, i like talking, most especially to new people, majorly females, I mean the ones that have vibes, i enjoy it, the chat; as you might know, I am an extrovert and talking is part of the life and fun of an extrovert life, trust me, it's indeed fun.
Another thing that I do is to eat. Ahh, about this one ehh, it is one of the most helping tools for stress. When I eat, i feel at ease, even though I don't eat to my satisfaction, just as far as i have eaten anything; majorly natural foods (e dey hold body Wella) i can predict that i will be fine, trust me.
These are most of the things I do when I am stressed, these are how i cope with stress. But note, i don't sleep too much...
