I was craving something sweet today. So I thought I would make gulab jamun today.
I'm going to share with you my favorite recipe of bread gulag jamuns that my mother told me. It's super easy to make and tastes very very amazing.
That's my mother's recipe and I really liked them. If you don't that truly fine everyone have its own taste.
Step by step procedure:
First of all, I placed a slice of bread on a plate and cut off all the edges with a knife. And then I separated the edges of all the slices in the same way.
After that, I made bread crumbs and then slowly started adding milk to it. And then started making its dough until it becomes soft. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes soft. I divide the dough into small balls in the same size.
Then heat some ghee or oil in a deep frying pan and fry the bread balls until they're golden brown. I fry them on medium heat so they cook evenly.
While the bread balls are frying, let's prepare the sugar syrup. In a separate pan, i combine 1 cup of sugar, with 1 cup of water. Boil the syrup until it thickens slightly. And it's ready when it starts to stick to my fingers.
Once the sugar syrup is ready, soak the fried bread balls in it for a few minutes. Make sure they're fully coated in the syrup.

And that's it! my bread Gulab Jamun is ready to be served. These turn out so soft and juicy from inside too. It looks soo much yummy I can't wait to eat them. It's the perfect dessert for any event.
