My way to keep Onboardee active (Motivating Them)

Hive is a blockchain that promotes everything. There is a way to help motivate people on the blockchain. It's not only what they hear and see that keeps them but a way to motivate them with some physical stuff. There is a way up for us if we find these ways appealing. After onboarding them, let's monitor their moves and let them know they are wanted on the blockchain and that their impact is needed. You reward them with things that will keep them going and wanting to do more. Follow me to Tamale offline let’s hear from them.

Tamale offline is a hangout activity for young people to learn from one another through topics and other educational activities. Hive was allowed to educate them. many created accounts and made their introductory post. Organizations and foundations joined. It was an educative and productive one. They have been doing their best to stay active. Some try and others are reluctant to see what will make out of the platform. So, I came up with an idea to reward some members.

First was Hive account@abdul-rauf. He joined Hive on the 14th of July, 2023. He has made quite several posts and has made an impact. As someone who was on Facebook, it wasn’t easy to navigate. Through lessons and guidance, he developed. He has the highest number of posts amongst those who created accounts. So, this was to reward and award him for staying on the blockchain and adding value to it. also, to let others know there is great potential on web3 (Hive) than web2 (Facebook).

Another was to Hive account@gemghana. Hive account@gemghana is an organization geared towards impacting young ladies and letting them grow to see greatness. They have done well to educate a few people on blockchain women's hygiene and what they do. they have also made an impact as an organization. As they are now here, they have a space to let the world know what they do. they were awarded for this reason. to also keep them active to impact the blockchain.

Lastly was to Hive account@poffoundation. It’s a foundation that wishes to make the world a better place. I have been in talks with the founder for days. I had to make my way to her office to help her with her account creation and the introductory post. Their reward was to welcome them and to keep them active. We support everything and everyone is welcome. There are better channels here for you than web3 as I made her understand. It was a great one.

This was what I did. A motivation to bring more people. A motivation to keep other onboards active. This was because they just don’t join and stayed dormant. They stay active to engage. This is the idea. We hope with time it grows and we will see what happens. Thanks for being there. do well to get an award next time we do it. have a wonderful time.
