Helo everyone and welcome to the second Friday in the month of May. The weather is bright this morning. There is a saying that waking up early is always beneficial… be it from sleep or ego or delusion.
Do you know that waking up early from your sleep gives you both physical and mental benefits. Although it may be hard sometimes considering our hectic routine but once inculcated, there are amazing benefits to be derived from same.
You eliminate rush! When one wakes up early, there won't be rush to take on the day's morning activities such as catching your train, city metro, arriving at workplace on time, beating the traffic(for those in a bustling city), late for an interview or exam, and so on. It drastically reduces your stress level.
When you wake up early, it gives you a kick-start for the day ahead. Waking up early makes you more energetic and boosts your productivity. Tasks of the day are handled with precision as the individual enjoys some level of mental alertness.
Early to bed, early to rise...makes a man healthy, they say. Those who wake up early are also said to go to bed early. This also translate to better sleep quality and helps the body relax and then fall into the rhythm of your new found sleep routine.
With respect to ego and delusion and for better understanding, waking up early here is used as an idiomatic expression. Thus said, when you wake up early from your ego, it also boost your self esteem or worth. Realising the huge potentials embedded in a person early enough will lead to or result in achieving quantum success in one's life. Ego should however be regulated and should not be allowed to becloud one's sense of judgement or decision making and mood or even make one feel superior to others so as to justify behaviour.
Furthermore, when you wake up early from your delusion, it makes one face reality squarely. Waking up early from one's delusion eliminates fantasies and brings the real world closer to the person thereby eliminating what is not real or what seem or appear to be real to the person.
