Time to Get Back in the Saddle - #IAAC 44
Hello fellow #IAAC members! I am happy that I can again say that I am #ALIVE!
I Have Missed TOO Many Days!
I've been a bit AWOL on Hive the last week or so, mostly because I've been having some vision problems and am wanting to cut down on my screen time. I've managed to get on and do my Splinterland Quests and have made my daily Rising Star giveaway post. But other than that and doing my curating, I'm trying to spend time away from the screen.
Was Out Camping Last Weekend
My wife had a conference she was off to, so I decided to go camping at the beach. Turns out the Carolina Beach State Park isn't actually on the beach, but on the other side of the island in the woods.
Here is a pic of my camp site all set up.
While not on the beach, it was just a short car drive from the beach and so I was able to spend some time with my toes in the sand.
The only real problem I had was that the gates closed at 10 so I had to be back in by then. I had fun, but next time I want to go with my wife and dogs. I was a bit lonely all alone.
Building Some Stakes
This last week I purchased a big chunk of a couple of newer tokens out there - #CENT and #BLOGtoken.
#CENT is an attempt at a tribal stable-token with a peg value of $0.01. I find it really interesting for the stable coin aspect alone, but it currently has an amazing ROI too.
#BLOGtoken is a generic token. I bought some of that primarily due to the superlow price. I loaded up on 5,000,000 tokens for around 30 HIVE. The curation returns aren't that great, but I'm excited to see where it may go in the future.
Stay Safe, Stay Alive, and Stay Awesome
So I'm back at it again today. Hopefully I will see you all tomorrow!
