So tonight I'd like to send out my deepest condolences to all of those people in California and Oregon that have lost their lives, their homes and everything in the latest, devastating forest fires.
I can't believe that it's happening again, just a few months after the bushfires here killed 3 billion animals and burnt through more than 10 million Hectares.
I am so sorry that this is happening to you and all of your animals and my thoughts and wishes go out to everyone over there now who are or will be negatively impacted.
Please get out while you can and remember you may lose your things, but compared to your life, they are only things and you will never lose the memories. And please whatever you do, don't forget to take your pets- they are not things- they are breathing beings too.

I'd also like to say how sorry that I am that the world is in such political, environmental and ethical turmoil right now with so many problems bubbling to the surface and as if the poor refugees that have had to flee their original homes to Greece due to war, poverty, man-made and environmental disasters hadn't had enough, now they are homeless again and living on the streets after a massive fire burnt their 'Temporary' homes (Refugee Camp/Detention centre) on Lesbos.
War is no-one's choice, bar the narcissistic, self serving, power hungry morons who 'lead' their countries into destruction and poverty because they can't contain the size of their egos and admit that they're wrong and yet the rest of the world blame the refugees for seeking asylum in their 'territory'.
Wouldn't it be nice if the world was like Hive, where we not only accept and even welcome each other, but celebrate each other and all of our differences.
Wouldn't it be great if we could care more about our fellow beings- animals ofcourse included in that, instead of caring for 'our' things, 'our' property.
We could be human without borders, like Medicien Sans frontieres.......and wouldn't that make such a huge difference to all of the beings in the world that are suffering from one catastrophe to another through absolutely no fault or desire of their own.
