#IAAC - Day 52:
Yes, i am happy to be Alive.
Saturday, a lazy day mostly.
Woke up late, did some of my chores.
Completed my scavanger hunt and also my 5000+ steps of the day. Did my daily crypto faucets too.
I have few more tasks to work on, hopefully will finish some of them.
I might take a break, and watch a movie too :-)

#LukeIsAlive - Day 99:
Today, i had a very strange path to hunt luke.
Let me explain,
I started on clicktrackprofit, went into the gauntlet and visited 20 pages and found luke.
Then i went to sealifehits, visited 80 pages and found luke.
Then i went to cryptotraffic4u, i don't recollect how many pages i surfed before i saw luke. The reason being, on cryptotraffic4u, luke page can appear anytime between 1 and 100 pages. This i think is brilliant, as this ensures that the person surfing is watching all the pages actively.
As in general, surfers are in accumulation mode.
This is where the strange thing happen, i was sent back to clicktrackprofit to search luke again. So, i went into the gauntlet and visited 20 pages and found luke again, Yeah.
The last stop for me was bootscootintraffic, after visiting 44 odd pages, i found luke.
Thus ending my scavenger hunt
I also visited other participated TE, cupoftraffic & cruisinxchange. The reason being, i do group surfing so that i can optimise my time.

My comments is this section are not to offend any TE owners, it just what i see and may be improved.
Today we talk about Gauntlet.
Ahh, don't get me wrong it is a fantastic concept.
For readers who don't know what it is, Gauntlet is part of the clicktrackprofit website.
** Note: clicktrackprofit.com is NOT a traffic exchange, it a gamified training site for affiliate marketers and enterpreneurs
Members within the clicktrackprofit website can showcase their splash pages or lead capture pages in the Gauntlet. In the Gauntlet, other members will review them and give suggestions on how to improve them. The main idea, is to help them to improve the response rate to the pages and build their lists.
But, there are some members showcasing their pages, don't understand this concept. You can see standard TE pages, pages that don't load, pages that have lots of banners submitted for review.
Hello!!!, Gauntlet is not a Traffic exchange, Gauntlet is a tool to help improve response rates on the pages that you will be promoting on TE and list building websites to build your list or get signups.
Within the Gauntlet, the member can rate the webpage/splashpage/LCP by selecting the stars from 1 to 5. [1 being bad, and 5 been excellent]
They can also add suggestions, and upvote or downvote the existing suggestions.
Gauntlet is also featured in (#lukeisAlive) scavanger hunt.
The user has to view 20 pages, before they can see the luke page. If they miss, they view 20 more and so on.
In most of the cases, users don't bother to view and review the pages, they just want to quickly go through the 20 pages and get to the luke page. So they keep on clicking on next button, till they find the luke page. ( 😇 confession - i sometimes do that)
But, I do give the ratings to the pages which deserve it, rest, i just ignore by clicking on the next button. I occassionally do comment, but there i have a concern. Members, who have submitted the pages for review, don't take action on those comments and then you see the same pages with issues, again and again. That's just frustrating, especially when you do the scavanger hunts.
Another issue is that, there are sites with 5 star ratings, which don't load, or standard TE pages etc.
I can add a suggestion/comment for that page "page did not load" and also give 5 stars. Stars don't give the actual picture of the website submitted for review.
So, how can we improve?
I think, the owners should implement some strict rules to eliminate this bad sites
Note: This is just my suggestions/ideas, technically they may or may not be feasible. But may help to implement their own version of changes.
I think, the star rating system, should be changed to numbering system or 3 icons, thumbs up, down, neutral. And, they need to comment on why they gave thumbs up / down. Neutral, is no comments
For actual suggestions, post comments/suggestions section, will still be used, as that is where the member can give meaningful suggestions to improve.
Once it reaches 5 downs, admins can sent warning emails / messages to the owner of that page submitted, to take action
when it reach 10, page is taken out from circulation. Multiple warnings can also be implemented, it depends on how the owner wants to communicate.
Manual page check can also be implemented, this will be tedious and also depends on how much time the owners can dedicate to it.
Most of the Members know the true potential of the Gauntlet, it is the few who needs a bit of education.
