This marks the 3 month gym program that i've been on since the gyms opened up again.
I haven't worked out in about 2 years and I feel so good to be back. A lot of my main lifts (Bench, Squats and Deadlifts) have suffered due to the fact that I wasn't training. Slowly I've been seeing it all come back to me.
My deadlift used to be my biggest lift at 210KG (about 420lbs)
My squat used to be around 160KG ( 320 lbs)
My Bench used to be around 120KG (240lbs)
My bench was always my weakest lift due to the fact that I don't care about it as much, but the deadlift was always my best and most favorite lift.
Monday I had squats around 135kg for 4 reps and today I did deadlifts for 180kg 1 rep.
Tomorrow I'm checking my bench which is probably around 60-75kg just because I don't enjoy it.
now that I'm back on a lifting routine I can also go back on a nutrition routine which I also make for myself depending on how I feel.
