I found myself at the mall again, this time at Market! Market! at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City.
It's nice to see interior views that show sprawling hallways with sparkling floors and various levels demonstrating the immensity of the mall's explorable areas.
After accompanying my aunt to a furniture store, we ate lunch.
I barely remember this restaurant having an eat-all-you-can buffet. One of the highlights is the crispy lechon pork.
One of the best things in the menu? The "Scramble!" This is usually a kiddie treat being sold on the streets, usually outside public schools. It is composed of a pink slushy base like a Slurpee mixed with powdered milk, candy sprinkles, marshmallows, and chocolate syrup. Superb cheap dessert!
We then bought some bread and cake at a local bread shop. Also, some homemade tiramisu and blueberry cake.
This is Kick Kick, soft bread with cream. My favorite baked snack from this establishment.
My aunt chose this.
This is the cake my aunt bought for my sister.
This is the Cabalen menu:

Being able to eat heartily and enjoy food is one of the really great blessings in life. Happy to be alive!
