The phrase self-love has been a trend for quite some time and it's a term often misinterpreted by most persons as putting yourself first and doing what you want.
Well, that definition of ** self-love** is quite right but self-love isn't just about being selfish or self-willed. Self-love is living a positive life and sacrificing the negativity that you have been used to for your self-improvement and growth.
Self-love isn't all about putting yourself first but doing what's right and at times our self desires may not be right and may just us being self-centered.
I saw a tweet a few days back expatiating on what self-love really is and that's how my thought drifted that what I have been doing is not self-love but just doing what I feel like doing and some of my acts are self-destructive.
Yesterday, I decided to create my life in a series and no, it isn't a television series this is a series I plan to live on a day to day basis and the title is LOVING ME with the episode one starting tonight. Yeah, tonight is the first day because I plan to go to bed early today between the hours of 10pm to 12am and not the usual 2am to 3am going to bedtime I have developed, giving myself a minimal 6-8 hours sleep is my priority now, for the past few days my sleep time have been below six hours.
I also want to cut off the negative habits I am addicted to replacing them with new ones.
