Today was a very stressful and tiring day. But atleast I started my morning with fruit. Best way to syart the day. I sliced some green Anjou pears. It was very sweet and tasteful and I really enjoyed it.
Fun fact: Pears are one of the highest-fiber fruits. They offer six grams per medium-sized fruit. The daily requirement is between 25 and 30 grams.
