The beginning of these posts was my My Life Just Hit a Brick Wall at High Velocity, on the Cusp of My 50th Birthday: Mid Life Crisis 101 post. I link that post because I want to give my readers some useful context for what I write in these posts.
Warm greetings all! 🙏 💚
I'm going to keep this short and sweet, as I'm bloody exhausted, but I will always make time for Hive, and I won't skip a post! I was up at the Flow House, doing my Hive-and-superfood-fire-coffee thing, until the early afternoon when Ano called me to ask if I'd be willing to pick up another load of cinder to put on the foot trails. I agreed. Thankfully I had already published my Index4Index Daily Inspired Motivation: Be a Good Human! post, and shared it on Noise.app and Twitter.
One of the really cool things from today was that I placed 9th in the Hive Engagement League again this week! That means that I've been in the top ten in the Hive Engagement League for three weeks in a row (10th, 9th, 9th)! I'm super happy about that!
I was feeling a little off today in my body, so I didn't finish my superfood fire coffee until much later in the day. I ate some high-protein and high-fat food, and drank a quart of water with sea salt, both of which helped a good deal.
Before I could go get cinder, Ano's truck needed to be unloaded after market yesterday. I enlisted Ryan's help with the task. We got it done in maybe twenty minutes, then I was off in the truck to get cinders. I ended up distributing most of the cinder on various trails, with some help from Elohi and Michael. This was quite intense work for a good amount of time. The trails are looking better and better, though, with a new layer of cinder! The trails also feel a lot better under bare feet.
After finshing with the trail cindering, and moving the truck back to its parking spot, I took a shower, then went to the Flow House to rest for a short bit before I had to go pick up Melekai down at the beginning of Cinder Road (she had just returned to the Island). I was only down a few minutes when she called, and I was off to hop in the Subaru to go get her.
Once I had collected her and we returned to GaiaYoga, I checked out of the Logistics meeting becuase I was so exhausted, and I still had to write two Hive posts, so I just didn't have the bandwidth or energy for a meeting. I made some quick eggs with salsa and cheese to take with me up to the Flow House, along with another jar of blended kefir, honey, cinnamon, and cacao, so I'd have some sustinence while I caught up on Hive, and then dove into putting together and publishing My 28th Monday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update: Growth is Popping All Over the Place! post, and then beginning on writing this one.
I'm about to fall over from being so tired, exhausted, and sleepy. I didn't get too much sleep last night, so with that and moving a great many full wheelbarrows of cinder down trails, I am barely able to keep my eyes open, but I'm determined to get my Hive tasks done before I go to bed.
So with that in mind friends I'm going to take my leave, do one more round of Hive catch up, the fall into bed! Until tomorrow! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚
